Classes participate in the following ways:
- Visits to the school by performing artists
- Visits to other schools or venues to see performing artists
- Visits to places for educational reinforcement
- Involvement in sporting activities and cultural events
- Participation and involvement in organised camps
- These visits are an integral part of a school or classroom program
Permission notes for these activities are sent home for parental approval. Money and the signed Permission Note are sent directly to the office. Permission notes and money need to be returned in the envelope provided, sealed with the child's name, class and event on it before or by the date indicated on the note. Please ensure that small coin, e.g. $2.00, cannot "escape" from the envelope. Payment may also be made using the Parent Online Payments system.
Regrettably, as the charges for transport and excursion costs are predetermined and payment in advance is often required, refunds for late withdrawal will not be possible. On rare occasions, partial refunds would only be considered where possible and when special circumstances exist.
