K-2 National Park Excursion

On Wednesday, K-2 students and their teachers went to The Royal National Park, Bundeena for their HSIE studies. The topic is Wet and Dry Environment.
The students had a lesson with the Park Rangers focusing on animals and plants in the wet and dry zones. They split into groups and they looked for insects and animal life in the water. The weather was very cold but that didn't stop the students getting out and learning lots about the animals. The students learnt a lot about the different animals and habitats on this excursion.
